Yes, just do the below:
After
you login to your control
panel:
Click on the edit site
tab at the top
Then click on the red add
page button at the top
Then click on the blank
page graphic under No theme
graphics
Then just name the page
and put a check in the box
under Page Location
Then click on Create page
and view page
Then click on the green
edit page button at the
top
and put in what you want.
Click Apply changes.
