Login to your account control panel
Click on edit site
Then on add page
Then on click on BLANK/INTRO
Then name the page
Then click on Create page and view page
Then click on edit page
Then click on the green ADD choose Standard/HTML
     and HTML
Paste your html here
Click on Apply changes
Then scroll down to the bottom of the page
  and click on the Properties button on the right hand side
To add the link to your menu click on the down arrow
  by the NOT IN MENU and select where you want the link
  to show up
Then click the Apply changes

that's all
